we’re happy to announce the deployment of the advanced IT Service Management system that lets open and track your IT requests.
You can open a request directly via the portal https://servicedesk.pleingroup.com. For the login you can use your credentials (mail address and login password of your PC)!
The portal allows you
to open and track incidents (TICKETS or NEW TICKET),
to search for knowledge base for common problems (SOLUTIONS) or
to open a service request (SERVICE CATALOG).
Optionally you can also use the dashboard for navigation:
The portal is
reachable also from mobile phones or tablets etc. (APP Freshservice).
We strongly encourage to the portal to open IT requests: office walks-in, phone calls, WhatsApp messages and direct emails takes longer time to process because the request needs to be input manually in the system anyway.
